The Wachusett basketball tradition continues under Coach Tom Gibbons and his staff. This year‘s team once again qualified for the state tournament with an impressive 20-4 record. The mountaineers captured Their seventh Straight league championship sweeping the strong Mid Wach A for the second consecutive year. An energetic and enthusiastic leader, Gibbons completed his 20th season as head coach of WRHS. He has established one of the elite programs in central Massachusetts.
Coach and his staff will focus on the little things that will help you become a better player. The staff includes varsity, JV, and freshman coaches, along with past and present players. A certified athletic trainer is on site full-time every day. Our goal is to make this a Positive experience for every child that attends
